Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter in another bowl until creamy.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups until 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to three months.
