- 2 cups of diced chicken breast
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchini, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
