Description

Delicious burritos filled with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and tangy ranch dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with spices. Massage into the meat.
  3. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. While chicken bakes, mash avocados with lime juice in a bowl.
  5. Blend ranch dressing and sour cream in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Shred the chicken after resting for a few minutes.
  7. Warm tortillas in the microwave or skillet.
  8. Lay a tortilla flat, spread ranch mixture, add chicken, avocado, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  9. Wrap tightly, toasting in a skillet if desired.
  10. Serve with extra ranch on the side.
