- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 medium avocados
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with spices. Massage into the meat.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- While chicken bakes, mash avocados with lime juice in a bowl.
- Blend ranch dressing and sour cream in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Shred the chicken after resting for a few minutes.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave or skillet.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread ranch mixture, add chicken, avocado, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Wrap tightly, toasting in a skillet if desired.
- Serve with extra ranch on the side.
