- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, diced apples, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, and salt.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
