Description

Delicious wraps filled with creamy cheese and savory chicken, perfect for a comforting meal or gathering with friends.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until creamy.
  2. Place the tortillas flat and spoon about 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. Add optional vegetables if desired.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter and minced garlic, and brush the outside of each wrap.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with a dipping sauce.

Notes

For make-ahead convenience, prepare the filling the day before. Utilize an air fryer at 375°F for a crispy option.
