- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
- Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Fold the beef mixture into the cheese blend.
- Flatten each biscuit from the can into a small round disc.
- Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit disc.
- Seal the edges around the filling to form a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between each.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Try substituting ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option. Customize with different cheeses or add sautéed vegetables for extra flavor.
