Description

Deliciously cheesy and savory beef-filled biscuit bombs perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Fold the beef mixture into the cheese blend.
  7. Flatten each biscuit from the can into a small round disc.
  8. Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit disc.
  9. Seal the edges around the filling to form a ball.
  10. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between each.
  11. Brush with melted butter.
  12. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Try substituting ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option. Customize with different cheeses or add sautéed vegetables for extra flavor.
