Description

Cheesy Baked Rigatoni Pasta is a comforting and delicious dish that combines pasta with a rich cheese sauce, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer half of the rigatoni mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the first layer.
  7. Add the remaining rigatoni mixture and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
