Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak bites with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the seasoned steak bites.
  4. Cook the steak bites for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
