A delicious and spicy twist on traditional boiled eggs, enhanced with a flavorful Cajun seasoning and a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pot and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and lemon juice, mixing well.
- Once the eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Drizzle the spicy garlic butter sauce over the eggs.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a richer flavor, use clarified butter.
