Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  5. Once the eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
  6. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Drizzle the spicy garlic butter sauce over the eggs.
