- 4 medium zucchinis
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Fill each zucchini boat with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the zucchinis are tender.
