- 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add ranch seasoning to the chicken mixture.
- Serve with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
