Description

A warm, indulgent dip that combines bananas, chocolate, and marshmallows for a delightful twist on the classic s’mores.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
  • Graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the sliced bananas into an even layer in your baking dish. Top with chocolate chips and sprinkle the diced strawberries over them.
  3. Finish with a mountain of mini marshmallows on top.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is bubbling.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving with graham crackers.

Notes

Make layers ahead of time and cover with plastic wrap. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
