Description

A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich featuring baked ham and provolone cheese on flaky croissants.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 croissants
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  4. Layer ham and provolone cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Place the top half of the croissant back on.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add other ingredients like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
